Hey guys I'm new here - still have to post an intro. I'll get around to that eventually. I have a question about regular vs sumo deadlifts. I've been trying to look up different federations rules and can't find anything on the topic. I prefer sumo's - they just feel more natural for me but I want to train my lifts the same way I would someday perform them in comp. Just can't figure out if sumo's are allowed. I figure it's probably faster to ask here than it is to continue scouring rule books.
