Good session last night. Ate a lot during the day including a half dozen doughnuts and I felt really strong. Lots of tricep overload here to improve lockout. The bands really come on fast off the boards and you can see I bobbled a couple as I found the line. I could have gone a bit heavier but the last set was the best of the night so I left it there. The gym was closing so no assistance. I will catch up with some band work at home today before deadlifts tomorrow. Here's the video:
