UPA Power Weekend Prep--Workout 5


Supplements: 1 Scoop Muscle Marinade (30 min Pre-Workout), 1 serving (3 tabs) DPol with Post-workout meal, 1 serving (2 tabs) Slinshot with two meals

Thoughts: Squats are coming along and form is feeling better each session with the hi-bar. I'm planning on pulling tomorrow or Saturday depending on how I feel in the morning after this squat session.

Almost out of my DPol and Slinshot, but stll have probably a good 6-7 servings of MM left so ill be putting it to good use.

I think the Slinshot has been useful in helping me eat more carbs without much extra "bloat" that I usually get so I'm impressed in that regard.
