Thanks guys. Starting a Paul Key-inspired bench cycle tomorrow night. Lots of raw lockout work and boards and reverse band to overload in the shirt. Tomorrow is benching against Super Mini bands, first raw off a 3 board then shirted off a 2. Both for triples. Excited!!
