alot of this is very opposed to conventional beliefs some stuff is kind of out there. a good bulking routine would be to only train arms three days a week 20 sets of bis and tris a workout? 60 total per week?? and the idea that if you dont think you're gaining then no matter how you train and eat you won't gain? idk this doesn't make sense to me but maybe i'm missing something
