Okay... so learning to deadlift with out a belt (meaning learning how to use my core.) worked.. because putting on a belt - JESUS! so much pressure. or maybe i am just fat and this belt is too tight lol. either way - loved this day, and felt awesome! been doing some hip mobility so I feel like it is transferring over big time - video to come shortly, working on it as we speak (well.. actually I am letting iMovie download on my ipad)
