I think Goodmornings are also a good choice, as all the basic exercises involving hams, but I don't think that there is exactly a best exercise suited for everyone, I think best exercise for a musclegroup can be the one that fits better in his bodytype, or the one which you can fit your bodytype to, changing stance, grip etc, if you know what I mean.
Mostly you have to find the sweet spot in each exercise.
One Leg Hypers is also a good choice if you have "problems" with GHRs
