7/27/2013 Squats

Finally got to add wraps and belt.. i am the only one it seemed to throw off lol, it felt weird! other things might have been off for me that days and it might not have been the belt and wraps... who knows but here it is!

Squats

595 x 5 x 2 sets

Drop off and add 80lbs of chains

525 x 5 x 3 sets

and after this nothing really else got done. these took for ever - waiting on the chains, changing plates etc... i was just drained. i did about 1 set of eveyrthing else planned but really nothing at all.. atleast i got the main movement in - not pleased with the work accomplished, but hey these days happens i guess.
