Dynamic Effort Squat/Dead
12x2 x 135 @ 50% Squat Max (45 sec Rest)
*That was pretty brutal but, the weight felt good and was able to move it fairly fast.
6x1 x 160 @ 55% Deadlift Max (About 30 sec Rest)
*Felt good ripping Sub-Maximum weight off the floor
3x10,10,8 x 35 plate
3x8 w/ 10lb plate behind head.
