Pullups. I could do them 40lbs ago, did 1 with a 2lb plate hanging, once.
Bench. Can't bench my bodyweight (might could, failed last time I tried)
Squats. I think too much.
Deadlifts. Same as squats, too much thinking right before I perform.
Overhead press. Never been good.
Dips. They hurt.
Cleans. Same with front squats, elbows cannot go above my wrists.
Zercher squats really hurt.
Cardio. That shiz F ing sucks.
But by god I can curl and calf press! Sign me up!
