I keep meaning to ask, you know that issue you were trying to work out, as to whether to do a full meet, an ironman (?), or bench etc...is there one exercise, above any of the others, that really makes the head implode? If so, that would be one to try and avoid, unless it's all of them, in which case pick the one you really like to do and drop the other(s). Then select a meet that permits that lift, etc.
Thanks Babs! Not really! Anything can make my pain get worse, including doing nothing ! So actual work of any form adds to my crap. Bending over like good mornings are horrible, but none of the big 3 seem to be worse than anything else. Whatever my head decides to get bad from it does, I've found no real control other than doing as little as possible. So I just do what I can as well as I can. Don't think it's anything different than what you go thru or anyone else that has obstacles!

Done! Nothing special but I sure felt weak! Head was ok before and figured I'd go lift, I should have my Fing head examined! Anyhow, nothing awesome but really felt weak, but beat up my legs, so there you go !
