Final Session Before Meet
My meet is in exactly one week, March 27th. I'm doing squats during my final gym session, later today, but not sure whether I should stop at 365 (opener) or 400 (planned 2nd attempt). I did 205 (opener) and 225 (2nd) for the bench, earlier in the week, along with just 480 (opener) for the deadlift. What do you guys think? I'm looking for replies mainly from guys who regularly compete in full power meets. Thanks.
