Monday Workout A Week 2
-Sorry for the lack of workout updates over the weekend, Ill be on top of it from here on.

Muscle Marinade is quickly becoming one of my favorite pre-WOs. Screw concentrated PWOs, this stuff trumps them all IMO. Nominal doses of caffeine, betaine, electrolytes, creatine, amino acids, what more can you ask for honestly?

DPol seems to be kicking in a bit, noticed some increased libido and just general positive effects like joint health and energy.

Slinshot is going well still, been able to eat some hefty amounts of carbs lately and this seems to help with the way I feel after meals. Not getting the usual groggy/tired feeling after I eat which is definitely a benefit.

Week 2 Workout A

Warm-up sets not included

Squats--180 x 5 for 5 sets

Paused Bench Press (feet elevated)--140 x 5
135 x 5
125 x 5
115 x 5
105 x 5

BB Row--95 x 15 for 5 sets

Tricep Pressdown--30 x 20 for 2 sets
Klokov Press--75 x 10 for 3 sets
