want to DL big tomorrow but i have a nasty cut/ripped off piece of skin there, that i think ill have to use straps if i do DL (i hate straps). for these reasons, im not going to max, as i dont give a **** what i can DL with straps (however, grip currently is no problem at all).... soon ill hit those damn 4 plates....
probably heavy box squats or front squats tomorrow.
