jadenmiller is off to a bad start

According to me its nit bad. People think that eggs are bad for you because they contain cholesterol. But eating 2 eggs a day is absolutely fine. Eggs are low in saturated fat, good source of protein. Only 25% of cholesterol in your body comes from your diet, so it is unlikely to give you a problem unless you have high cholesterol already.
