Thursday solid day
Not as good as it has been but if this is an off day, I will take it. Had some gi issues at work today, I think that threw my energy off. Still a very good day.

Standing OHP
95 x 2 x 3
135 x 2,1
165 x 10
Goal was 8 so this is very good, my all time pr with 165 I think is 11. I just didn't feel strong and my legs felt weak. I'll take it, I think I need to do higher rep warm ups on OHP.

Pull ups
BW x 8
Plus 25 x 6
Plus 50 x 6
Plus 60 x 5, 4 the second set got ugly
BW x 17
These were all out, not the prettiest but still got the reps.

High incline with Swiss bar
115 x 6
185 x 2 x 3
185 x 4
135 x 10
This is a very humbling lift, but I think it will really help with log and any OHP.

Bent over row

I need to get these back up heavy and get my low back used to holding weight. My deadlift was strongest when I was doing stupid heavy rows.

Skull crushers
65 x 10
85 x 6 or 7 sets x 10 reps

Bb curls with EZ bar
65 x 10
85 x 6 or 7 sets x 8 reps
I just did these 2 back and forth until I was done.

Still a great session today even though I did not feel great to start. Got better as I got heated up.

Stack was great focus was awesome again. Still loving it.
