Diet: Did not write down. Ate much less than a normal day I do not think about what I'm eating.
Sumo Deadlifts: 315x5 for 3 sets
Military Press: 135x5 for 3 sets
Overall the workout felt good. I've been questioning why even though my volume is decreasing and I took out accessory workouts why I am still fatigued and even losing strength on some exercises some days. It's amazing how little factors can make a big difference.
Overall whatever switch flipped inside of my brain was the same one that helped me lose the 120lbs before I started bulking and PLing.
I've been treating food more as fuel instead of a thing to go to for comfort.
Successful people do what they have to do whether they feel like it or not.
