So I took a long hiatus from the barbell. In March I joined a kettlebell gym. It was an awesome experience but I miss barbell training more than I ever thought I would so this week was my first week back. I feel like a newb all over again. I'll start logging all my training again next week. The kettlebell classes were just too much to log. My conditioning has definitely improved though and I learned a lot more of the mind muscle connection.
I'll find strength in pain.
