Wednesday quick conditioning
We are in the middle of a serious heat wave here. Excessive heat warnings, and the news telling me to stay inside. So I did sled sprints instead. It is hot
Walking with sled to warm up
Plus 25 x 12 sprints x 40 yards
None of these were 100% but they were close. Kept rest short to get out of the heat. But these felt great to get blood flowing into the legs. OHP to,or row, can't wait.
