Tannhauser-thanks for reading, i'm just a guy trying to drive the weakness from my soul. yeah, the HIIT leaves me staggering most days, but thats what i need to do if i want to drop weight and get stronger simultaneously.

BTB-will do, the goal is to make every lift until my last 2 weeks prior to the meet look like i could hit 10 with it.
