Friday 3-19-10 Delts

hang cleans 145x6,6,6

oly bar press 70x6,6,6

neutral grip press 150x6,6(used machine not enough weight)

front raise 35x6,6

side raise 30x6,6

getting happier with my shoulder recovery. workouts/strength getting stronger.

LOL..been training PRRS for a while and love it. I've tried several others like
5x5, pyramids ect..ect..this one worked for me and worked well. I incorporate his advanced version and his fd/fs training also throught my regimen
