Tuesday Squats and Deads
Was a little tired today to start but the Muscle Marinade kicked in and got me going. All the weights felt great, pushed it on squats and still felt like I had a lot more in the tank.

300x2, this felt easy had plenty more but wanted to up the weight

These are all high bar and atg. I am waiting on getting new oly shoes for my bday. Right now I have my heels on mats, but I feel solid. Every week my positioning gets better. I think for my next 5/3/1 cycle I will use 330 to be safe and keep my momentum going.

Made sure to reset after each rep. Conv. block pulls are a serious weakness for me but these felt fast. This cycle is going well too.

Felt great, I am not doing a lot of assistance but my main lifts are the focus. Next week is speed deads, so I plan to hit some front squats after them. Maybe to a box, just to keep things fresh. When volume is higher on squats and deads, I really cut back on the assistance. But GHRs are all I really need.

The d-pol is really starting to kick in. My aggression in the gym is great, and my libido is up a bit. I am only 24 so my libido is always there, but now it just has a little extra kick. Muscle marinade is still feeling great. Focus is awesome and energy is clean.

Slinshot is working like it says. I can feel a nice pump about 30 minutes after my big meal. Weight is staying steady around 220-222 depending on the day. I am going to try to stay at this weight for a while, if I gain a little more that is fine. As long as I do not lose any. Overall, things are just going great.
