Deadlift 135kg PR. 5x5 ( 3 max effort sets)
Chins to failure
OHP 60kg 5x5
Lying tricep extension 24kg dumbbells 4x10
Curls 18.5kg ( seem to be stuck with this weight) 3x8
Good workout. Got past a plateau on deads after taking 10% of the weight off. It was 30 degrees Celsius which was a new experience. 4000 calories a day diet working well at the moment but I may up the food intake. I think I respond decently to high volume training but I suppose it's only the beginning. One of my goals is to improve my workload tolerance.
