Hey folks, thanks for your interest! Of course I didn't give up, motivation is always high, I just didn't have the time to log due to work issues. The only thing I gave up was 5/3/1, I got tired of its incremental approach and started a fullbody routine after taking some days off. Ιt's based on old school stuff like Reg Park's principles and I'm free to train the way I want, depending on how I feel. Bench increases very slowly that's why I started benching twice a week. Pulls are becoming my best lifts. I've made some gains too. Today it was the first training after a 10 day business trip that kept my training back so I went light.
30x20 first time on 20 reppers and felt great, went ultra light to see how it feels and will add weight on the way.
