Wednesday 7/10/13 Week 2 Deadlift
This was surprisingly easy. All the deficits have helped me explode off the floor. Need to work on that lock out.
SSB Squat w/ 80lbs Chains
Last set was rough but otherwise good work
145x10x2 sets each arm
Got a migraine, pussed out of the last two exercised. It put me down for a full two days actually. Dealing with those recurring.
