My wife was in a lot of pain the other day (water retention issue in her legs, on this one, among the many), and I mentioned I was going to do a 7m plank in a day or so, when doing 5m+ the last time, and it was going to hurt a little.

She replies: You do not know pain, my love.

Hmmm...So I made the 10 minute challenge at that point

And, she is right...
