Squat 5x5 105 kg was a bit hammered so held it back a bit and really worked on the form.
OHP 5x5 57.5 kg
Barbell row 5x5 90kg (PR)
Tricep extension 3x8 24kg
Curl 18.5 kg 3x8
Weighted chins with 10kg 5x10
Seated calf raise 10x10 20kg

Linear progression going very well. I've been moving around a fair bit and consequently I have found that Olympic bars feel very different weight-wise in different gyms.
