Friday 95 pounds of death
Wanted to do sled conditioning today, but it was raining real hard. So I thought I would do some light complexes, I kept them light but I feel like death right now, here is how it went.
All rounds 95 x 8 reps each
Stiff leg Deads
Bent over rows
Each round I added an exercise until I died and then subtracted one
Add Bradford press
Add jump squat only did a half squat)
Add hang high pulls
Subtract stiff leg Deads, so
Row, hang clean, Bradford press, jump squat, high pull
Subtract stiff legs and rows, start with hang cleans
And then sit on the floor for a while. Did not let go of the bar during any sets and took as short of rest as possible. This was a fun way to get a full body pump and hopefully aid in recovery. Unsure what tomorrow will bring, I will do strongman of some sort, but it could be tough if it is raining.
Only took dpol since I am saving mm for my main sessions. Just took a little caffeine and still had a good session. Planning on getting some serious sleep tonight, my only plan for tomorrow is strongman.
