Ha no vids for me at the moment. maybe once we get our gym completed here at our office. think we are getting some rouge equip here.
work outs have been null since i inherited an idot project with a tight deadline. the other day I started at 645am and left at 1pm THE NEXT DAY (yesterday). I did however have some JHP with only 3 hrs sleep before my softball games last night. proud to say that i went 8 for 9 with 7 doubles and a single.
back to the grind tomorrow and i am off from work.
