Alright fellas, so far so good. I started by taking Slinshot prior to my post-workout meal (which is my first meal of the day since I train fasted) and usually contains a hefty load of carbs (~125g, most complex).
Acute effects seem to be a noticeable increase in blood flow, and even a bit of a "pump" feeling. I also noticed I wasn't in my usual "carb coma" last night after eating my PWO meal. Could be a sign of an attenuated insulin response, which is a good thing IMO since I tend to go hypoglycemic pretty quickly when I jack up carb intake (paradoxically enough).
DPol so far I've just taken one serving the last two days with my PWO meal. I like that it contains a hefty dose of D3 in it since that basically kills two birds with one stone IMO. Can't judge this just yet from acute effects but should have a better idea of how the DAA works in a few weeks.
Will be back to update what my training routine looks like. Been a bit "off" with my training lately since Im finishing up a deload and just kind of going by feel.
