Wednesday conditioning

Did some walking with the sled to warm up

Sled sprints
All sprints x about 40 yards
35 x 10 sprints

Did a few other sprint type drills, don't know what to call them

Cut the grass for a little extra.

Took d pol today only and felt good. Nice easy recovery day. Not much to report
