Forgot to bench I was so hungry. Ate about 279 chicken wings, then remember I had to lift. "Oh yeah, I have a meet coming up."
Hit the gym expecting to go light and possibly even cough up a few chickens. Did neither.
Smashed a PR.
I couldn't be any more ready for this meet. No matter what happens this prep has been A+.
