75% challenge

OK, I feel at a distinct disadvantage going first, but I just couldn't wait.

Bodyweight: 215lbs (97.47 kg)

Weight lifted: 161 lbs (73.1 kg)

Style: standing, all reps lowered to chest, all locked out.

Reps achieved: 12

I'm pleased with this.

My intention was to take advantage of the 10 second rest rule, but as usual on OHP, I find it impossible to take a breather. Once I stop, there's no restart...so this was all in one continual set.

This is pretty close to a PR for me. I've done 70 (154) X 14, but that was a few years back. At first I couldn't figure out how I got that many, seeing as I've only been getting 75 X 8 lately. Then it dawned on me that I normally do bench press first, which takes the edge off my delts.
