5 minutes, 10 seconds, decline plank with room to spare. +2 minutes over last video.

Next is over 6 minutes--in next workout, should be no problem. My goal here is an outlandish 10 minutes. Do not wish me luck, it has nothing to do with it. But support is good!

Within my current workout routine, I do not do Planks, but I have been doing a variation of it: The Walking Renegade Rows. Its these, and the High rep Front Squat, and other parts of my routine which involve indirect core stability that is assisting this here.

I am also going to be posting and sharing new pics in my journal, at under 7% BF. Have a look see, if ya interested. I will let you know when. Ya, see life isn't over just because one is over a half century old.
