Today was just one of those days. Its been a really good day just a lot of rushing around. I could tell on my warm ups my squats would feel a little heavy and they did! It would have been easy to shut it down but im glad i pushed through. Very happy with 675 for a double I think that's an all time PR in briefs. Next weeks deload is right on time! Video to come
