Ate a king size kitkat It was 210 calories (The hell?) After I ate it, My stomach got really really upset. Had a great work out today though about to eat a chicken breast
Seated calf raise 3 plates.
Bench pressed a plate ( I never was able to do this so progress)
Did a few squats and I actually hit the leg press and did 212 pounds on it. ( Progress, never was able to do that before.)
Leg curls were pretty weak but that was actually one of the first times I've worked on hamstrings so not suprised.
