squats @ 107kg 10,9,7 = 26 (25)
bb bench press @ 87kg 10,7,5 = 22 (25)
bb row @ 67kg 10,9,9 = 28 (25)
leg curl @ 20kg 15,15 +2.5kg haven't done this in a while so went light.
weighted sit ups @ 10kg 10,15,13
not having much time to lift at the moment so will be doing a 2 day a week fullbody.
the weather is very hot in the UK at the moment so feeling a bit drained plus I am cutting some calories (not eating much).
