3 scoops juggernaut about 30 minutes before a 4 hour strongman session. Between the pre-workout and the energy of a bunch of crazy people lifting weights that could kill them if we missed, all kinds of work was done. Finished the session with a last man standing 18 inch deadlift. I hit 615 before missing 655. Our 265er hit 725 for a big PR.
