Default Jwood's Purus Labs Log

Received my stack of Muscle Marinade, d-pol, and slinshot the other day. I was out of town, so I started my stack today! Thanks again to purus labs for this opportunity. I will posting all my workouts and thoughts on the products in here.

A little background, I am a competitive strongman. I train in the gym 3 times a week, I do events 1 day a week. Conditioning on off days, depending how good I feel. I use a mix of Juggernaut, 5/3/1 and the cube method for my lifts. I came up with this combination on my own after using each program separately and taking what I like from each.

Starting weight is around 219-221 depending on the day. I am doing a very slow bulk, almost just maintaining weight. Pushing for brutal strength, and planning to compete again in the fall. The only other supplements I am currently taking are amino 1 intra workout, some fish oil and protein. Keeping everything the same as before and just adding this stack. I am really looking forward to this! Time to get strong as a bear.
