Making it look easy.

Need some more RTP's. How about something on what made you decide to make form changes. You're an accomplished lifter, why change what has worked for years? Or maybe somthing about nutrition and hydration, eating pre and post workout, how you or other high level successful guys figure out what and when to eat around your training, stuff like that.
