I am 33. ma meal plan meal 1 6eggs bowl of oatmeal . meal 2 protein shake meal 3 chicken and rice and beans . meal 4 protein shake . meal 5 steak eggs some potatoes don't no if this the right diet for me . thanks for helping me mate
