Wave 1 Cycle 2: 3x3 + Singles
*Presses felt strong today so I added a couple singles. 115 went up pretty easy like last time. Mentally I thought I could possibly hit a new PR, but decided not to push my luck and do a 5lb jump. Even though 115 went up good 120 was a struggle
Bent-Over BB Rows
*Haven't done barbell rows in awhile and man.. huge pump in my lats and upper-back. Gonna keep doing these from now on!
