I want a PR total!
After a complete pec tear and being put back together, I have made a commitment to lift on the biggest stage for multiply lifting. October 5 I will be doing the XPC semi finals for a spot to lift at the Arnold Classic. I have much bigger goals than just a PR, and I will do nearly anything to get it done.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
