Back is still bothering me so I decided to take it light this week in the squat. I wanted to work on some form suggestions from the guys at the gym. I liked the changes. I will be doing some videos again and more often so be on the look out for them. I will detail the little changes I am working on making.
I used briefs, wraps, and belts.
3x8 Good mornings with SSB no weight, just getting blood in back and hams.
Depth was kinda spotty as I wasn't really trying to take them down. Used my full gear stance so I was pretty wide. A few things I was attempting was to bring my hands in some, and keep my head up and back. I will post video soon.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
