When I had my back surgery in 1996, my doc shared that 80% of folks walking around have some sort of bulge. Not all show symptoms. Depending on where it is and how bad, there is probably quite a bit you can do. I would also submit that, if you have not had it medically diagnosed, your symptoms could also be a muscular imbalance.
Dive in here, start a log and ask questions. I will say, up front, don't ask a question if you really don't want an answer or help. That just frustrates everyone.
