couldnt make it to the gym the for my tuesday workout so i was going to try and get there today. yeah that didnt work out to my advantage either. Oh well will be training back tomorrow maybe throw in some bicep work with it. Diet is on point and going well and no cravings what so ever. thank god! gonna hit the scale this weekend see where i way and have wifey do a bf% on me with her calipers
