I have a video forth coming (its uploading at the moment on a slow connection, but promise--today--I will post it up, for credability). Got to get to work, so it will be posted in early evening....being looking for it. Promise I will put it up.

In the video my Note 2 (Which i use as my MP3 player) looks absolutely huge even with all the layers of clothing I have on next to 29 1/2 inch waist, and 168 lbs (8% bf), just something I observed lol.

I got 3 minutes and 10 seconds, with about 50 or so seconds left in the tank. This was post squat and deads, and my nearly 52 year old legs were killing me, but, I shut those aging legs up!

Also, in the other thread, I am posting another video, of a 6 minute regular plank.

Us,....oldies rock da f--out!

Just pumped after lower session.....lol.

Now time to waddle like a duck...cause....I actually did something!!
