Friday

Not a good day in the gym. I'm not sure of the reason: I'd had plenty of sleep, hadn't restricted my calories, and had an easy day at work. I set squats up well. I just didn't have much endurance. Chickened out of a set with 187.5 because I could just tell it was going to end in disaster. 308 X 12 wiped me out.

Missed SLDLs at the end as I was just bucketing sweat out everywhere and had no energy left.
