Chest and shoulder---

flat bench-- 120-5/6/6/6/6/6/6/6

Db shoulder press-- 25x10/10/10

tried to go up to 140 on flat and it really didn't feel good, so I dropped back down to the 120.. trying to take it slow, I guess its gona take a lot long to rehab than I thought.. but im lifting, even if it is light and low volume
