Not a bad day even with not being able to breathe well.

Thoughts:

First things first.. Wish my wife would have gone today to Video my new PR...

Anyway, today was just shooting for a New PR.. Which I got. My last Meet I got 375 on my 3rd attempt. It went up smooth so I may have gotten a little more. But today I upped it 10lbs and nailed 2 reps. I had two spotters and I had them make sure I was hitting depth too. One guy said my 2nd one was the best one. I was going to try 405, but BL stats "DO NOT MISS".. and since I'm so close to my Meet. I'm going to save 400 or 405 for my 3rd attempt. Anyway this was a good sign for me heading into a meet. Felt good... I didn't even have the correct wraps either.... This just shows the Cube Method's Madness actually does work.
